The Tilden Tour

The first "Tilden Tour" took place April 28, thanks to Cara Fitzgerald who graciously donated the use of her comfortable Transit van, with a new discovery made--courtesy of Layne Hamilton, on the right, who showed us the site of the old Tilden schoolhouse, just north of where Boone Creek crosses Crystal Springs Road. Shown here from left to right, Beatrice Brailsford, Alan Hennebold, a Pingree native and returnee, Jim Elison, Kathy Vitale and Layne Hamilton, who provided extra and valued history to the tour.
